Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is due 28 days from date of invoice.
2. Claims for non-delivery, short delivery or breakages must be made within 3 days of date of invoice.
3. All goods sold outright and not sale or return basis.
4. We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.
5. Ownership of all goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until all monies owing by them to Plymouth Agencies Limited have been paid for in full.
6. All orders under £30.00 (excluding V.A.T) will incur a £5.00 delivery charge
